1.Vacuum brazed concave and convex ball round nose router bits can be used for processing and profiling surface on different kind of quartz,metal,glass, granite, marble,concrete,stone,hard wood.etc 2.Diamond grains are firmly vacuum brazed onto the steel body,which provides the router bits with higher efficiency and longer life. 3.Varies diamond grits,diameters and thread sizes are all available upon customers' requirements. 4.It is usually recommaded that 30/40 grit diamond (coarse) router bits used for grinding hard granite. 70/80 grit diamond(medium) for grinding medium/soft granite and marble. 5.Use wet or dry. But water or other coolant is recommended for longer life of the bit. 6.High efficiency and several times better than electroplated ones. |
